March 31st 2012 (13U) 5:30-7pm (14U) 7:30-9pm

  

There is a $15 tryout fee , if you make a team the $15 will be applied towards your total bill.

• Medical release form
• Tryout waiver form
• Practice gear
• Read the FAQ page and make sure you understand exactly what you are singing up for 
• Make sure you arrive 20-30 minutes before the scheduled start time for your age group to register
